The old farmhouse and a small plot of land is all that is left of Bull Farm.

Bull Farm
residents: Charles & Jean Harvey

Originally owned by a Mr Martin who sold it in 1975, the Harveys have been in residence ever since. At the time of the sale, the farm was broken up and auctioned off. Phil Archer, neighbour to the south at Brookfield, successfully bided on 35 acres – thus adding further to the growth of Brookfield. A Mr Hopkins purchased another ten acres of land, but due to planning permission problems he was not allowed to develop it.

The word soon spread and Tony Archer propositioned Mr. Hopkins into letting him lease the land. Of which Tony still does today. Bull Farm also neighbours The Stables.
